Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip

This creamy, tangy, tasty veggie dip is made mostly with Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, freshly squeezed lemon juice and a few herbs and spices you already have in your pantry. It's also super quick and easy to make!

  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt I use 5%, but you can use nonfat, 1%, or 2%.
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed About half a lemon.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Dried chives
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley


  • Combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl or glass container and mix well.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients (lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt, chives, parsley) and mix until it's all combined.
  • Enjoy with your favourite raw veggies!


Store in a glass container in the fridge for up to one week.
